- We are not liable for any damages or issues arising from pre-existing conditions on the property, including poor soil conditions or improper drainage.

- Clients may cancel scheduled work before the project starts without penalty.
- Once work has commenced, cancellations may be subject to charges covering labor and materials already incurred.
- Refunds are not issued for completed work unless there is a verifiable defect covered under our warranty policy.
